Taiwan Youth Home · a place to land in Xining

For Taiwanese young people coming to Xining to study, work, start a business or settle: find the right person, get a clear answer, and know where to turn when things get hard. All requests are handled by the association secretariat — free of charge, with no paid agency and no guaranteed outcome.

What we can and cannot do

We can

· Explain procedures and link to official policy texts · Receive and refer requests and activity applications · Publish verified support-programme information · Let applicants track their case with a private code

We do not

· Charge fees, pool funds, fundraise or handle money · Process permits, promise outcomes, or give legal/medical advice · Publish policies on behalf of authorities or invent figures and names · Allow individuals to publish events or charge fees in the name of "city leader"

If anyone asks for payment, bank details or promises guaranteed results in the name of a city leader, the association or a support programme, do not pay. Report it via "Feedback / complaint" or verify with the secretariat. Everything on this site is free information assistance.
