2024年9月正式揭牌运营，聚焦生物医药科技、人工智能技术、数位化产业，办公面积逾2300平方米，设有优质办公室、高端会议室、共享茶室及专业AI直播间等设施。提供创业资金导入、政企对接、财税服务及外部商业资源对接等全方位服务。揭牌时已吸引20家台资企业、25名台胞入驻。
