Ting Hsin International Group's brands — Master Kong and Dicos — have long served the Qinghai market.

Xi'an Tingyi Food Co., Ltd. (Master Kong's instant-noodle marketing arm for Gansu–Ningxia) produces and sells Master Kong and Fumanduo halal instant noodles across six provinces/regions — Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Xizang — with an operating presence in Xining.

In July 2026, during the 27th Qinghai Investment & Trade Fair, the Qinghai Provincial Department of Commerce signed a framework cooperation agreement with Ting Hsin Group: targeting 100 Dicos outlets province-wide by 2027, and building "3-in-1" flagship stores combining Master Kong Beef Noodle, Berry Coffee and Dicos. Five strategic cooperation agreements worth nearly RMB 200 million were signed at the Taiwan-invested enterprises session.

Baseball with warmth: a Taiwanese coach on the plateau

Liu Xinghong, a young Taiwanese baseball coach living in Xining, has long promoted youth baseball on the plateau.

On 23 December 2023, after the Jishishan earthquake, he saw footage from the disaster area, immediately organized a team to buy supplies, and traveled to Meiyi Primary School in Zhongchuan Township, Minhe County. At the relocation site he set up a simple baseball net and taught children the game, encouraging them to stay confident and keep learning.

Thanks to the efforts of coaches like Liu and the wider community, baseball is booming in Xining: in November 2024, the "Snow Leopard Cup" open tournament — part of the 2024-2025 MLB CUP youth series autumn leg in Xining — drew 15 teams and 260 young players from six schools and two clubs.
