Startup bases
Incubators open to Taiwanese founders — 17 in Qinghai, 55 nationwide for reference
The national list of MOFA-designated Taiwanese youth entrepreneurship bases has never included Qinghai. The 17 below are Xining human-resources and social-security bureau recognised incubators with published addresses and rent policies. Under Article 44 of Qinghai's 64-point Taiwan measure, provincial incubators are expected to provide space, mentoring and financing support to Taiwanese youth. The national list follows for comparison.
